I mean, that seems to fit because we're talking about system building.

So yeah, I mean, loosely all that stuff around because there's, there's typically like the main chain, right.

Which is generally like at minimum, usually if it's a digital system, I think the most people consider the main chain to be DAC and

amp or DAC, if it's speaker system, maybe a preamp, if it's headphone, you might go directly to an amp and then your transducer.

after that although in a headphone system you do have a preamp it's just typically headphone amplifiers or technically integrated amps yeah that have a pre and an amp stage built into the same box right most of the time yeah yeah so and then if you're like an analog user be it vinyl or tape right then like the source end becomes part of your main chain you've got either your your turntable or your reel to reel deck

So that's, that's kind of what I was getting at with, with digital where it's like, where do you want to argue that the audio chain starts with a digital system?

Because a lot of people just kind of use their computer or their phone or a tablet and just plug that in directly to their deck, particularly if they're just starting out.

So do you want to call a computer or,

or your smartphone, or your iPad, you know, part of your audio chain?

Like, is that part of your main chain?
