It's just the final diagnosis comes through and they don't know what variant it is.
But at this point, he's been diagnosed.
That means his footy life is over for his playing career, not his actual rest of his time.

well that's why i coached him at the world cars in 15 when he went back and he was under 20s how is he mate because he's such a proud man he's good you know as good as can be expected it's very challenging for him and um hasn't said up until recently wasn't sure what was going on so he's got some something confirmed there now and um look he's been a fighter all his life he's a guy that
and the tougher it gets, the better he gets.
So if there's one guy that could be up for this, he will be, and he is.
I think he's relieved today that it's out there and can now move on and get the treatment and all the stuff that he's going to need to continue to make sure that they get under control.
