they were in the bottom three, I think, around Christmas time, and then just finished outside the play-off.
So just to get that momentum and confidence, really.
And it happens the other way as well.
When you lose a couple of games, then you're looking at the fixtures, you're thinking, when are we next going to win a game?
So to get that momentum, it's about timing.
You'll know as well when the season really starts with 10 games to go.
That's when, even if you're mid-table with ten games to go and you can go on the run, you could quite easily end up in the play-off.
So, it's all about timing, I think.

Not too dissimilar, but because I was playing at the time, so I was in the dressing room with my teammates and then the next day I go in and I'm the manager.
So I had to make a decision, obviously, whether I wanted to carry on playing and retire.
I could have played on for a couple of years, really, to be honest, because I haven't really had any bad injuries throughout my career.
I was playing in midfield, which is a little bit easier than playing as a centre-forward.
So I could have carried on but then I wanted to start that journey of going into coaching and so for me it was a bit strange obviously going into the first team meeting and the players are like, what do we call you?
But then the advantage I had with that was I knew which players in the dressing room were not good for the dressing room so I could quite quickly
I took over the beginning of January and so I was quite quickly trying to get them players out and bring players in but then so that season we stayed up last game of the season and then it was told to me that we were going into administration we couldn't sign players so for that as my first job was very difficult and the players were brilliant I have to say the players were you know incredible really how the
They got on with, I think, 20 debuts from the academy, players who'd never played first-team football.
We had to, really.
But then it mixed out with a couple of players we brought in.
We brought Jack Yelker in, and Tom Roddens made him captain.
