Ravel Morrison done really well with me coming in so I brought a few players in who had a bit of experience who could help these younger players and so they helped me massively if I'm being honest and then we ended up with the 21 point deduction which without that we would have stayed up which for that group of players would have been a massive achievement so it was tough for the staff and for everyone but

And the game got called off, but if we played that and won, we would have, like four from bottom,
and then we knew what we wanted to do in January and it got cancelled and then we had Bristol on the Wednesday and I got sacked on the Tuesday which the difficulty we had was the away games at home we were okay the away games you know we'd have run the bus for seven to nine hours for away games the day before a game and we were having to stop off at the service stations for 45 minutes because the driver needed to have a rest he couldn't
All stuff like this.
These are all stuff as a manager you challenge the club to.
We need to be able to fly to some of these games.
There's a reason that Plymouth's away form for years hasn't been great.
I think it's actually been better this year.
But it hasn't been great.
Throughout all of them, they're all good experiences, but the Derby one really was the one I enjoyed most.
