Obviously likes facing this way.
There was too many sensory things came in at one time.
There was a lot of toxic people.
There was a lot of bad foods, bad products, bad people.
There was a lot of different things that came in in one fell swoop.
And then I didn't know how to handle or how to manage what was happening.
I didn't know about the journaling.
I didn't know about the meditation.
I didn't know about reaching out to safe people for support and counsel and things as well.
So it was all these kind of things that amounted into suppression and repression of feelings.
But I didn't know what to do with.
And of course, when you shove them down, they don't just disappear.
They stay stuck, you know, as molecules of emotion.
We are living, feeling beings with vibrational energy.
You just need to look at cells and things.
Again, this is coming from a physiological perspective.
So it's very important to think about that when you're maybe beating yourself up as like, if you're having thoughts and feelings, remember little you maybe didn't get the explanation or the background, the information and the knowledge that you're getting now that you're learning about yourself now.
So I'm going to encourage you for this week as part of your homework is if you feel comfortable and I would love to see it.
