You experienced the bubble blah.
The bubble bath of neurochemicals in your brain with a long run, whether it starts at 4 30 or a more godly hour.
Um you um with that run, uh aerobic exercise is really upping the dopamine, the serotonin, the noradrenaline, is keeping it up in your brain for that entire time.
Not to mention the um uh the noradrenaline.
And the adrenaline, because you need, you know, all that body uh um um power, that that sugar for all of your muscles.
So that is why, you know, athletes have uh uh the that great attitude uh and they they have that motivation.
Um that is exactly what's what's happening.

Um that has been a question that people have asked but not answered particularly well for a very, very long time.
So there is exercise, it sounds like one thing because it's one word, but so many physiological things are changing.
And you can say you're a good scientist, let's break that down.
What is that one thing?
And it that's hard to do to um uh just get the heart rate pumping somebody just stand s sitting right there.
Um I could tell you the other thing that is a great motivator uh that starts out just like your your story.
It's like, Oh god, I don't wanna do this is hot, cold contrast showers for saying.

well, if you do, you're gonna have that same response that you did with running.
