that looks like that and you feel very much that it is smarter than you are and you know it's faster and stronger even though it's smaller you know that you are giving yourself completely you are surrendering if you expose yourself to it and uh i've already heard horror stories about people disappearing forever and on and on like that and uh some of those stories are probably true
anyway I finally I started going out in the woods and they never in the all the years I went out into the woods they never but once and that was very equivocal actually came to me when I was out in the woods alone and they still don't for that matter they always come to the house uh you know if you go looking for them you they're not coming out at least not in my experience anyway
The next thing I knew, they showed up.
They literally showed up and they came out and this is all in the original transformation.
They came to the house and they didn't come in, but they wanted me to come out and I didn't do it.
And I didn't do it because I just didn't know enough about what was going on.
And it was one of a number of times they invited me to come with them and I never did.
That's probably why I'm still here.
But they came one night and they were I was sitting in the living room in this house.
It was rather isolated.
It's not totally isolated, but there's not a lot of houses around.
Let's put it that way.
And you can easily come up to that house and nobody is going to see you.
So I
I'm sitting there in the living room, my cats were there.
And I was sitting reading and they were lying on the back of a couch.
And suddenly these very distinctive knocks came on the cathedral ceiling on the roof of the house.
Three groups of three followed by a short wait and then a little tap.
And those cats, you never saw anything like what happened to them.
They were absolutely terrified.
