Shame can be a very disorienting emotional experience and being able to identify it and name it in a moment can be a really helpful and powerful thing.
Last and maybe most important, we want to use this series as a platform for inviting discussion and ideas about how we can transform that medical culture, but being able to identify and discuss and manage our shame proactively.

And I feel the judgment.
And the only thing I know to do in that moment some sort of subconscious primitive impulse.
