So many people reserve their best efforts for consistency and excellence and don't invest nearly enough into those things that actually will lead to the kind of memories that people can hold on to.
I just think you're leaving way too much opportunity on the table.
If you have an office, the touch points don't just start the moment someone walks through the door.
What happens when they park in the parking lot?
What happens when they walk through the door?
What happens when they're going up the elevator?
Those are the moments that no one else has ever really thought about, and that's why you can make an impact.

And
I actually don't believe that's true.
I think AI is a tool and it can be used to make us more hospitable.
But you're correct.
AI is just almost an exclamation point in a sentence that's been getting written for a while that is bringing us further apart from one another and is lessening the amount of human connection and interaction that exists.
