I try not to learn anybody's names out there.
Unlike what we've heard from Slate and lots of other people, Austin says he did talk to police in 2020.
And he gave them his description of the biker guy.
When I talked to investigators, they said that they may have found one or two gun shells.
And that's all I get from Austin about the shooting suspect.

As I wrap up my interview with Austin, he starts telling me about LARPing, live-action role-playing.
These are all the parks right here that are within the Washington area.
It turns out this is a huge part of his life.
He's about to leave town for a big meetup.
In our kingdom alone, there's 11 parks or lands that are all scattered throughout Washington.
He tells me about how everyone plays a role in their kingdom.
Play wizard, healer, paladin, anti-paladin, warrior, barbarian, bard, archer, scout, assassin.
When I sat down to talk to Austin, I only knew him as Joker, someone suspicious, maybe even dangerous.
But after meeting him, I walk away with a completely different understanding.
Austin came to CHOP to play a role, to feel like he was part of something, that he had skills that made him valuable.
