And so eventually it all goes south.

I think a lot of Irish people took joy from the way that they played at that World Cup and got dumped out in the group stages.
But after the Mexico game, Nicolas Nelke was taken off at halftime because Nelke was not playing to Dominic's tactical instructions.
And then there's a debate as to whether Nelke told him to go F himself at halftime or not.
And Nelke was sent home.
So this was worse than the Roy Keane thing.
This was actually after a game and Elko was sent home for insulting Dominic.
What I didn't know fully, because I knew that the players had gone on strike in between that and the last group game.
