How do they cope with the extra bit of pressure?

How do they cope if they come into a team that they're not playing in all the time, which will probably be the case when Crowley, when we get back to, you know, when we get back home and the season settles in with Crowley and Prendergast most likely starting.

It's an interesting little dynamic.

Do you give someone a look or do you say it's okay to have a look at them in the second half and you say the guys who you are going to start who have been closer, who are coming into the team fresh, do you give them that extra bit of continuity?
