I'm not going to try to keep up because the NHL seems to be going in a completely different direction all the time.
I mean, okay, so for starters, the way I do my work is a little bit different than most people.
I kind of focus a lot more on performance data collection.
So I collect a lot of my own data from performances and video and all that stuff.
And I basically compile my own databases on what guys bring to the game and what they're doing on the ice.
And it's not necessarily like a one-to-one, like this isn't ordered like best to worst.
It's just an added sort of level of context that I think most people don't really have access to.
So you end up with some weird stuff that pops out.
where you kind of, you know, it helps you zoom out and you sort of see the bigger picture.
And I guess if you want to start with Lawrence, I mean, I think with him, I think it's a very interesting year.
And we were talking about that a little earlier, but it's interesting too, because there's this big paradigm shift going on where a bunch of players are jumping to the NCAA really early.
I think, I think there's five 17 year olds in the NCAA this year.
And it's,
ever.
I think in this millennium, there's only been 26 or 27, something like that.
So there's been this massive influx of 17 year olds into the NCAA and CHL players are going in.
So the NCAA is tougher than it's ever been.
And so for Tyne and Lawrence being a kid born in July, I think, and going to the NCAA halfway through the year after coming back from injury, having a pretty good run with Muskegon before he left and, uh, and went to Boston university, uh,
I mean, the idea that he didn't hit the ground running and like look like Gavin McKenna scoring point after point after point is I shouldn't I don't think that should be a surprise to people.
And I think that based on the situation he was in with Boston University, where I look at that defense group there and it just they had Cole Hudson, but there wasn't a whole lot of depth there.
