So it's almost an ecosystem.

And so the center is um a key part of it.

And it's the place where customers um can come come kind of get out of the storm.

And and it's we use words like experience serenity, you know, in the middle of Bryant Park, two blocks off of uh 42nd Street and Times Square.

That works for that community.
