They don't even make it to the bankruptcy process.
They just say, I'm sitting on this land.
It's worth a lot of money.

I'm going to get out of the business and a farm that's been in a family for three, four or five generations.
is just sold out to big corporate ag.
So those numbers aren't even reflected in these massive bankruptcy numbers that we see.
