We have different holidays in the Episcopal Church to celebrate Christianity, and a lot of that is centered on the birth and then, of course, the death and resurrection of Christ.

So we kind of measure everything around Easter, but we start the process of lighting the candles and

all of these other things associated with Christmas a couple of months out.

And then Christmas continues on for a few months after.

And it's just, we call the whole thing Christmas.

We celebrate, we drink, we have a good time.

Charitable giving.

Well, I mean, you know, listen, the bottom line is this.

The majority of Christians, regardless of denomination, know that everything that that man just said is true.

The question is not, what do we understand about our Bible when we choose to apply Christianity in an unchristian way?

It's, do we really live up to our faith?

So as an Episcopalian, the thing that I stress to people all the time is, all my studies in college are in secular religious studies.

And secular religious studies made my faith stronger because I was able to separate the bullshit from who I thought the real Christ was, which is the Christ of the Sermon on the Mount.

So everything that that man just said is true.

And it shocks a lot of people because I live out here, as you would say, amongst them.

speak with them interact with them on a regular basis and the majority of them know that's true they just do what a lot of people do and it's sad and it's too bad that it happens and christians need to be leading the charge to to make a change in this area they choose to ignore that to apply their own political applications

to Christianity instead of the other way around.

So I don't disagree with a single thing he said.

I don't agree with any of that.

I'm not offended at all.
