learn to articulate myself more.

So when I was younger, I was very, very quiet.

I was very, very kind of I didn't really say much.

I was always the quiet person.

And then as I've gotten older,

I've learned how to sort of articulate myself much better and not kind of

Yeah, I've I've really learnt how to sort of

uh convey myself much more in conversation.

There could be a resonance there psychologically in terms of the 'cause I I do sometimes have problems as well with

Uh uh, with with in certain situations kind of asserting myself verbally in certain ways.
