Um, which I think is almost kind of a parallel problem here 'cause that that's often what people talk about the reason for consistency is that you then you don't have to wait for motivation. voice-verified

But 'cause we don't want to just like only work when we're motivated because we that's w the we have deadlines and it does not work that way. voice-verified

Yeah, one of the uh funny things I'll do with my uh episodes is I will use templates to help me like format stuff. voice-verified

Uh but inadvertently while I was making the templates, I left in some typos. voice-verified

I have never corrected those because they were such a good motivator for me to get started on doing things because I'll just fill open the template and be like, Okay, gotta fix these. voice-verified

And then that just little habit of like, oh I'm voice-verified

My brain is like, Oh yeah, you're you're you're in work mode now. voice-verified
