Because I yeah, I know I had a a long time ago I had a flat tile thing that I could put like just like attached to a book.

And then it eventually ran out of battery.

And I'm like, oh get another one of those.

That could be handy.

Yeah, because that was the one I had was like five years ago now, so

I can imagine, 'cause I the places that I have left my phone on and been like

Go back like an hour?

What am I doing with my life?

And especially I like when I ring it and I'm like, oh, it was next to me.

Yeah.

Yeah, because the ADHD is a memory problem.

All right.

Well, let's get into this last tool, which I believe you said was vocabulary.

Uh yeah, that's the model from Brendan Mahan.

Yeah, I mean I love that s the wall of author language is so great for just communicating everything and being like, Hey, yeah, this is everyone's gonna have issues with doing this and we all have similar ways of trying to climb it or stare at it or break through it or do any number of things.
