Like, so yeah, often it's my wife being like, okay, you can't sing right now. matched

But you know, other times it's like, oh, my wife's like, I'm going to put on my headphones because I need to focus on this. matched

And I, you can keep doing what you're doing, but I can't be both listening to you and doing what I'm doing. matched

And it was one of those things where it like clicked with me like, oh, I need to communicate how I'm feeling because it's not always going to be clear that I'm at 10%. matched

I'm just kind of like, like, oh, are you just staring off in space because you're thinking or are you staring off in space because that's the way you're just disassociated and that's the way your brain's coping right now. matched

One of the things I do love about ADHD is like this ability to go with the flow of things a lot of the times, because that is a kind of learned response from ADHD. matched

I find where I'm like, yeah, I have had so many times where things have gone sideways and I've just had to deal with it and then keep going. matched

And it is, I think a very great skill to learn to be like, oh yeah, things didn't work out how I want to do, but now I'm going to do something else with it. matched

That's one of the best ways to be creative for me too, is I'm like, oh, this didn't work, but now this is this thing. matched

Yeah, I mean, I've known so many people with ADHD that are like, yeah, I shine in a crisis. matched

It's like I finally have that stimulation to do all the things. matched

Although I know people take it too far. matched
