Well, we don't really work directly with the GPU.
We create abstractions like Python, right?

PyTorch is an imaginary machine that has things like vector operators and matrix multiply that then get mapped to the low-level instructions on the GPU.
So so in the modern world, we we never actually
actually talk to the hardware directly.
We build a virtual hardware that's much easier to use.
And I would imagine that nature and evolution and biology would have done the same thing.
