And yeah, you know, it's not it's not an easy one to to carry.
Well I don't know if there's a meant to be doing or not, but I do think asserting your agency and taking power back
is really important in the trauma, whatever trauma it is.
I also think that sometimes what you've been through is so extreme
that the only thing you can do is to embrace it.
So
I'm thinking specifically of Monica Lewinsky.

I So that I don't yeah I don't know about the second one.
I know about I remember the Fritzel case.
That's a more positive example in a sort of Well, no, I mean yeah, I mean it's kind of the same thing with Monica Lewinsky where I mean I think she became an anti bullying advocate, but
she had sort of made a rationale or made a decision basically that
like it was almost like sh like she'd already lived the first line of her obituary, right?
And so she might as well sort of embrace it because it was so life-defining.
Yeah, I dunno.
I mean i it's hard, you know.

I mean some people some people don't say anything, you know, and
