I don't know what Dan is looking at, man.
I love Dan.
Dan, I love his takes.
I love his knowledge about the position.
And obviously, you don't need to be Tom Brady to be able to talk about the game when you watch film.
And you excel very well at watching film and watching players and being able to make an assessment on what you think they're going to be at the next level.
But to even say Ty Simpson is better than Mendoza based on the sample size that we've seen from Mendoza in his senior season at Indiana is ridiculous.
That's a horrible take.

I understand you might like the kid.
I understand you might want to pump him up for whatever reason, being that your voice and your platform might hold some type of weight when it comes to the draft process.
But he's not Mendoza.

The Alabama Crimson Tide would have looked a little better in certain games where he should have been able to take over and elevate that team when things weren't going well, and he didn't.
