has been elite.
Ever since CJ McCollum made them look horrible, it's almost like a light went off.
Like, oh, we have to like try our hardest and actually execute every single possession in the playoffs.
And that's what they've done.
And to me, that's the story of game one.
It's the defense was lights out.
Yes, we've got to talk about him, too.
Yeah, and what's crazy is it feels like they're going to have a better idea of what the pressure points in the Spurs defense are when a given action happens, right?
Because the Spurs are... They didn't play the Knicks honest.
They did do a lot of sloughing off.
They did do a lot of like, all right, we're going to funnel you into an area and leave certain guys open.
And I think the Knicks...
As a group, we're kind of being like, oh, when the defense's shape is this, we should do this.
I thought they were trying to process that all game.
