gripe with Brunson over the years has been he shoots too much.

But I thought the amount of shots he took kept the Spurs defense at bay.

It was like, yo, this guy is constantly going to be a threat to get one up.

And he's one of the best hard shot makers in the NBA.

And he just wasn't afraid to get to his phone.

In fact, there were times where he did too much of the lob to Mitch, the lob to Kat, where it should have just been a straight up floater and it was open.

And so, like, as good as he was, especially in the fourth quarter, and at certain points in the third, I thought there were moments where, you know, Wemby or even Cornette were so sagged into the paint, ready for the lob, he didn't take his floater.

He looks so ready to attack the Spurs' coverages.

And also, another thing, man...

He's at his best when he's doing the quick decision making stuff.

And when they're switching guys like Harry Barnes or even a Champagny into him with Barnes, he's too quick for and Champagny, he's too strong for.

He's going to start beating those matchups up.

And you even saw it at the fourth quarter.

Our guy Legs even brought it up.

He's like, yo, they're starting to send extra help early at the top of the key because they can't deal with this guy right now.
