But I do have concerns that if the state just do a sweeping rule, you know, there are other localities, I'll just speak for them right now, that can't do what we just did, but also the fact that we will have to do this all again.
And I think that's very concerning when we've just solved this and I've been waiting on our final group to come in so we can now have a holistic approach.
So I just, if you know folks in Richmond, I think it's worth talking about what potentially can be coming next because I think we've solved
our issue here in Prince William County.
So just want to put that piece out there.

It's been a long time coming.
If you look at the past interaction with the HOA and the community members, I think anything prior to 2025 was a very different tone.
And the tone that we've had with the applicant now has been much more back and forth.
We've pushed back quite a bit, dealt with multiple groups.
No one wants to live in a gas station or next to a gas station.
I certainly don't.
I don't think anybody here wants to.
Certainly go to gas stations, but living next to it, maybe not so much.
But they've been more engaged and understanding.
And the number one question that we've had is how do we protect our kids?
If you look at the diagrams, the traffic dumps right onto Craggan Lane, which is full of kids.
Number one way to get rid of that?
Gates.
And we've had some issues with our HOA board and HOA members, the owners.
