The recipe for building a bomb, a nuclear bomb, is something that could be in our future.
And right now,
For these kinds of risks, very few people in the world had the knowledge to do that.
And so it didn't happen.
But AI is democratizing knowledge, including the dangerous knowledge.
We need to manage that.
