A fire chief needs to be cool, calm, collected, In moments of emergency, you also have to be a leader. Like the charisma part is seems really important because everyone's a volunteer. So you have to get people on board with the mission and keep them engaged enough that they'll keep serving. Mm hmm. You also kind of have to be like a coach. Yeah.

Like you have to like get the morale up, make sure everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing. Probably someone who's very good at like direct communication because like we're dealing with life or death situations. So like no passive aggressiveness.
