Because I think there's overwhelming
emotions f not just for the clinicians but for the patient and sometimes they're left with a mixed bag of heavy emotions that they now have to try and process themselves.

I think sometimes just being able to to sit down with the people who were involved and having a a debrief about, so this is what happened.

Ultimately, patients just really want to feel heard and understood.
I think from a patient perspective, trust is built or broken by how well the team communicates and works effectively together.
And patients will notice very quickly when their care is inconsistent and fragmented, and those cracks that Deb
Was talking about it will show up pretty quickly.
And what that does to the trust, it it really starts to rupture that relationship because now can you really trust the people in in front of you when they don't seem to trust each other?
Eva, I think when uh opinions differ, it's um important that the the patient is understanding the the difference uh in perspective and
where that's coming from.
So again, really that clear communication.
