Remiss of me not to mention her.
But, yeah, for the first...
five years of my life.
It was just the three boys.
There was definitely a lot of chatter at the dinner table and not a lot of room to move.
And I think all of us had to carve out our own space amidst that environment.
Was there a hierarchy of brothers?
Yeah, I think so.
But we're all very similar in many ways as well.
And I think it took a bit of time, but we slowly but surely started to create a family culture.
I think we're a gang in many ways.
And we have this identity and safety and security that exists such that we kind of close ourselves off to the world.
And it's meant that we've been able to craft our own
voice our our attitudes and really start to actually have these conversations that are uncomfortable that might be politically correct or incorrect where we can really start to form our understanding of who we are and it and it was that bouncing off you know i think my parents just watched on and and we're like how did we create this this insane environment how close were you with your dad
I think, you know, my older brothers were bigger and stronger than me.
So I definitely got my fair share of little fights and scuffles happening.
And I think my dad...
My dad saw me as someone to shield.
I think he saw a bit of himself in me.
I was quite soft and emotional at the start.
