Welcome to Fully Alive, where we are unlocking the secrets to your healthier, happier, and longer life.
Today's conversation is one that I think will resonate deeply with so many people because we're talking about something that's bigger than fitness.
We're talking about our relationship with our bodies, our identity, and what it really means to pursue health in a sustainable and life-giving way.
My guest today is Tyler Bramlett.
He's a movement coach and entrepreneur and co-founder of an amazing.
Amazing company called WeShape, and he's a powerful voice that's challenging the toxic, shame-based culture that has dominated fitness for decades.
After a devastating cycling accident, shattering his femur, and permanently damaging his knee, Tyler was forced to completely rethink everything he believed about exercise, performance, and self-worth.
What followed was a 15-year journey through pain, rehabilitation, five knee surgeries, and a deep personal transformation that ultimately led him to create a radically different approach to movement and wellness.
Tyler and the We Shaped community are helping thousands of people move beyond guilt, body shame, and appearance-driven fitness to rediscover joyful movement, confidence, and what he calls movement freedom.
So, this is a conversation about healing, resilience, self-compassion, longevity, and learning how to truly feel at home in your body again.
So let's welcome Tyler to Fully Alive.
