And it's funny how you said oh, as luck would have it, I love that you started with that.

But like you said, a lead domino and everybody's story has a lead domino.

So it based on the things that you're teaching, I'm assuming you healed yourself through that process as well.

Yeah, no, absolutely it does.

Um, you're throwing out a lot of things that a lot of terms that are we don't hear often.

And I I love your message here and and how you're talking about things is movement and fitness is about longevity and listening to your body.

You know, I I think we we can all probably share stories about times when our body was saying one thing and we pushed it a little too far.

I know I have my own story of that.
