I think that growth in technology is always, I think, in a healthy state of affairs, some mixture of organic, nonlinear moves.

You know, I think that, you know, tremendous respect and admiration for founders who build great things at all stages.

And I think it's a beautiful thing about this industry in this town that, you know, when you look back at it, you know, you don't have

one winner you have even when you look at big tech at the consolidation it's how many thousands of companies that came together became google google google the whole google document suite was one product and google youtube was a different product exactly and so was deep mind and i i'm i'm definitely at once very excited about bringing in new talent and starting kind of organic zero to one efforts and in some ways that's my happy place but

And I'm also very happy to sort of like win together.

And so I think there will be some amount of consolidation for sure.

You know, I think if I were going for...

I already shared with you a bit of my personal health journey.

So I think when it comes to mission, that I think is the biggest North Star for me.

It's having been a patient, having been struggling, having had that frustration with the system as it is, with the state of medical knowledge as it is, with our ability to leverage data to produce fundamentally new clinical insights.

So on that side, that's what propels me from a pure mission standpoint.

It's like if I feel like I'm getting disengaged with that, like if we were to go down a path that obviously you have to do so many different things to run a company.

You have to be a recruiter.

You have to be an org design guru.

But if I felt like I couldn't ladder backwards to improving patient lives, if I couldn't see myself in my 20s struggling as like,

being like glad that I was doing this now, then I think I'd be mission unaligned.

I might add, you know, on the standpoint of just like something personal that gives you a little bit of, gave me a little bit of grit.

And that maybe it's not about mission, but it's about ethic.

Like, dare I sound like a kind of like old grumpy guy, but like, you know, in a moment of like truly maximum, just like, I don't know the right word.
