Then, like, when you're during the visit, you know, the system should be able to dynamically, when it hears you discuss each condition in sequence, kind of cross it off your list.
When you mention, hey, you know, I really think we should bring you in for an MRI of that knee, immediately the system should recognize, hey, that's a diagnostic procedure that requires prior authorization from insurance, and you need to check that they meet these certain eligibility criteria.
And
If they do, you know, let you know it's cool.
And if they don't, let you know it's not and give you an opportunity to change course.
And sometimes whether or not they qualify depends on, for example, information that you need to ask the patient about.
And you need to be reminded at the moment of the visit, like, hey, don't forget to ask them.
Yeah.
So at the end of the visit, for example, you should be able to say something like, ask the agent, like, remind me, what were the latest results from your thyroid function tests?
And were they abnormal?
And, you know, what would be the standard of care, like update to their dosage?
And the model should be able, the agent should be able to like compose these skills together, consult a record, retrieve the right information, check the latest article and up-to-date with whom we have a content relationship,
see how this sits relative to the normal range and depending on how far outside it is, like what would be the recommended increment in the dosage and come back to you and like, here's what the literature says.
Here's a citation.
Here's what was in the medical record.
Here's the reference.
And would you like me to update the plan and the note, you know, with the following text?
I think that that exit from a period of, you know, little black boxes here and here and here and there to a complete end to end integrated
agent-first experience, I think, is where healthcare technology, at least at the bedside, I think, needs to go.
And that's the future we're really excited to be building towards right now.
