I'm Zach Pena, CEO here at Empirics, and I'm joined by my Chief of Staff, Ethan Summers.

Well, it wasn't a failure, so that's good, right?
No, I think it went well, and this obviously is not our first rodeo.
We do mid-years, and we use the opportunity to kind of close the year out with a similar structure, a little different.
Really only one.
Kudos to Insect Sourcing Group when I was there and now Accenture.
Great group of leaders that knew that you have to keep your people informed.
You have to keep your people part of the pulse, not just being the pulse.
You got to get the people going.
You got to get the people going.
But in a way that allows them to be part of the business, not just feel like they're part of the business.
And I think that's something they did very, very well.
Obviously, they grew substantially after I left there.
I hope they kept doing that.
Yeah, maybe.
I left and then they just stopped doing it.
Maybe that's what it is.
