All jokes aside, they did a very good job of doing that, and I hope they continue to do that in their new structure with Accenture.
I don't know if they get to do that.
They'd be sad if they didn't because that was something we'd look forward to, not only because we did a fun activity, to your point.
We had great food, but we also got to see it.
We got to see the fruits of our labor.
We got to understand the numbers.
We got to understand the why.
We got to connect not only data to action, but we got to connect promises of leaders to outcomes of the company.
And that's cool, right?
And you get to ask those, I wouldn't call them stupid questions, but you get to ask those fun, interesting, and maybe even hard questions, not only to the leadership, but also to the group.
And in one moment, you get to have that interaction as a team, instead of being, we'll call it separate parts of delivery that do talk and do interact, but normally don't sit around the table and collectively understand the same message at the same time from the same people.
Yeah.
And we've both worked places that didn't do it or they attempted to share data or information and it was high level.
It wasn't, you couldn't really associate it with your job and your role and the time that you're as the employee putting in.
And I don't think that anybody does it maliciously, right?
They just don't put the investment in.
And I think that's what you're talking about.
