And if you don't have that combo, it's not that you can't be – I'll call it, quote, unquote, successful.
Mm-hmm.
But you're not going to change the world and you're not going to go do something as fast and make as much money and develop as much as you possibly could at the rate that you could have.
100%.
I mean, it's always been there, just the scale is different, right?
You always had the people that were willing to take that risk, that had that mindset and
and that was their intent, right?
And I think that got sexier with time because people obviously can do math and they said, oh, well, if I'm making this much per megawatt, yeah, I might get a little bit less, but when I multiply that by a substantially larger denominator,
It gets interesting real fast.
I think five times effort in two times effort, whatever you want to say is very realistic from a construction perspective.
The front end, I would argue that's actually not true.
Um, and I think that'd be an interesting for one to get into is if we were to say, Hey, stop everything we're doing, we're just going to be developers.
We're coming out of the gate hot.
I think we would probably take a little bit of a different approach just because, yeah, you could have the size of the prize be bigger.
But if you can't get anybody to bet on that, then you're never going to get the prize ever.
And I think that's where people I think are having the FAFO tax right now a little bit.
And you're seeing, and we've been saying it for over a year now of like that 40, 50 megawatt data center is pretty sweet, right?
When it comes to finding land, finding power and finding capital that will come in and go do that at a speed that is substantially more beneficial than sitting there trying to go after
100 plus acres of land and sitting there going after you know five six seven hundred megawatts of capacity in one in one shot uh sitting there and trying to finance all of that and find construction support and commissioning support and all of this other stuff right um the economies of scale actually start to invert after a certain point because you lose the ability to actually take advantage of it
Can you eventually get to that?
