How long do you want to wait?

What's that worth it to you?

And what's it worth to the market?

That's the biggest thing that I don't think people like to talk about is what's the quickest way to a gigawatt?

Megawatt at a time, right?

So if you sit there and say, well, I can go get this 50 megawatt done, this 20 megawatt done, this maybe let's go a little bigger and say 70, 80 megawatt done, and you start adding those up,

you get a lot closer to a gigawatt a lot quicker than you do if you're sitting there trying to go build a 200 megawatt data center, right?

Because that's going to take substantially more upfront time and cost and, and it has a larger impact to the community and everything else.

And that's a whole nother thing we haven't talked about yet is, you know, you go into a town and I'm not advocating for this by any stretch, but if you go to a town and,

You go hide away a 20, 30, 40 megawatt data center, it's a lot easier than trying to go build and talk about 100 plus megawatt data center on the exact same piece of land in the exact same environment.

That's right.

Or you've been able to smartly acquire land and power in a way that allows you to scale that out for the right customer.

Because I think that's what's stopping people as well is they'll sit there and they'll say, well, it's not worth it for 200 megawatts.

Okay, you might be right, you might be wrong, right?

The unit economics are different for every single site and every different geo and every different application.

So I'm not gonna sit here and say that there's a perfect silver bullet for a 200 megawatt data center.

But if you look at it and say, I have 200 megawatts of available power,

And we'll say IT, so people don't get their you know what's in a wad.

And we're gonna get there and we're gonna build 50, 50, 50, 50.
