I feel like we could have picked maybe certain themes to go deeper into as a firm and been a little bit more intentional about those.

the past and the current and the future, but we could have maybe picked out and said, okay, what about the future are we focusing on and how are we going to build the firm to go do that?
What about the current should we focus more in on to understand how we got here and why we got here and what that does for us?
Or what about the past worked, was amazing and could even be better that then
brings the bar up of kind of the, not the ceiling of where we can be, but kind of yes.

Of what's the possibility now versus what it is, what it could have been.

Um, I think something like that could have been better, but I think that's just organizations anyways.
I think that's why we're talking about this is.
What could have been better in the environment that we are now saying everybody should do, right, or everybody should create can always be better.
And the point of it is we've got to be more intentional with what we talk about, not just that we're talking.
