But saving you during that is a very difficult proposition.
And I think that's where a lot of companies will do that too quickly or throw the life preserver as soon as they start seeing the water splash instead of giving the person the ability and the opportunity to save themselves.
Drownproofing is a thing in Special Forces.
It's not teaching you how not to drown.
It's teaching you how to trust the system.

It's teaching you how to understand holistically what's happening to you.
Exactly.
truly integrate into your environment so that you can then master the mindset and the environment and future environments that are equally as challenging.
Correct.
And I think that ties well into some of the feedback that we had in the retro is you have to be able to connect that information, that data and that environment to individuals.
It can't be like it obviously needs to be
This is how the firm's doing and this is how you play a part in it.
But it's got to be tied back.
And this is, I think, what we told our team very bluntly the other day during the retro was if the individual in the seat can't understand their place and how they play.
In the past and the current and the future, then it's just noise.
