And if they can't envision themselves being who they need to be and who we're trying to get them to be to perpetuate that amazing future that we paint for them.
What's the point?
I think from a leadership perspective, the hardest thing about being hard is being real.

And that couldn't be truer here is that everybody wants to be the leader until it's time to do leader things.
Everybody wants to be the beast until it's time to do beast things.
Right.
Kind of the same thing there is if you're going to spend the time and the effort and the money and make the investment, then you got to do it.
Right.
And I think that's where.
It kind of leads back to a comment we had earlier is, yeah, are there other corporations and there are other companies and advisories that do this?
Yeah, we're not special, but the way in which we do it is special.
And I think that's what I want to leave the listeners with is that if you're going to make the investment, do it, right?
Take the time off.
Be informative and communicative to your customers and your partners and let them know, hey, we're not available because we're going to go make ourselves better so that we're better for you.
Right.
We're going to keep everybody informed.
We're going to drive the culture further and do the thing so that when we come out of this, we're even better of a version of a partner for you because that's the investment we're making.
