I do feel like with James Franklin, there was somewhat of that guarantee that you pay your dues, you stay loyal, you give your time, you put your time in at work, eventually you're going to get a promotion.

I don't know that that's the case here with Matt Campbell.

Loyalty is certainly a factor.

I've heard that a ton.

Matt Campbell is certainly a proponent of loyalty.

But it's not going to be – I think there is a different level to it with James Franklin because we did see that where there was an over-reliance on veterans.
