The reason why I blew the whistle was because I saw Google as an existential threat.
What they were doing is that they were using artificial intelligence in order to suppress legal free speech that was based in objective reality.
And they were trying to do it in order to prop up one political party.
And then what they were doing is that they were going to Congress and they were lying about it, right?
Like there was this, I think it was 2018.
They went to Congress and Karen Batia was saying, we don't use blacklists at all within the company.
We have no political ideology whatsoever.
And that was just 100% completely false.
And I remember sitting at my computer and saying, we don't have any blacklists.
Is that true?
And what I did is I typed in blacklists and literally from YouTube on their code search, I got blacklist.txt for their YouTube query search analysis.
And what I found was that they were blacklisting all kinds of things, and it was all political, right?
Like they were even, you know, the last item on the list that I disclosed in August of 2019 was AMLO, which was the nickname of the president of Mexico at the time.
That was his nickname.
And what they had done is they essentially blacklisted people from searching for the name of our own political allies through YouTube.
And also on that was the, oh yeah, here's the exact words.
