Google was so obsessed with fighting culture wars that they literally banned people from searching the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution of Ireland because they were meddling in this Irish referendum on whether abortion should be legal or not.

And look, it's okay for them to have an opinion, right, and let that be known.

It's not okay for them to use the monopoly, to lie about it, and prevent people from searching for their own constitutional amendment online.

And when I saw this and I saw the complex, I started to say, well, what's behind this?

And as a regular full-time employee of the company, thanks to Eric Schmidt, the former CEO, the entire company was searchable by any other employee in the company.

Now, that's not true anymore.

Google's locked it up like the CIA.

But back starting, you know,

from 2016 through 2019 when I left, I had full carte blanche access to all the things that this organization embedded within Google had been designing and crafting and rolling out to middle management.

And that project had a name.

I've said it a few times in this episode, and that name is Machine Learning Fairness.

And this thing was dreamt up, this Frankenstein of censorship was dreamt up by none other than their A.I.

ethicists.

And one of the biggest proponents was A.I.

ethicist Michelle Mitchell.

and what i saw in her writings just absolutely terrified me i think that they were terrified you too and what it was was that it was a four-step process in order to program people like us maybe one of your people in the back room can get the image of my book uh... up on that the screen but what i've shared in the google leaks book dot com is that four-step process
