And what's really interesting is that China's guaranteed this right now by open sourcing their A.I.,

And what DeepSeek and Quen have done is that they've gone out and they said, here's our model.
You can download it freely.
Even if the United States shuts down Internet access between the United States and China tomorrow...
you could still run these Chinese models on your own graphics card or your souped-up workstation PC or load it up into a data center and get frontier model access that's self-hosted.
And right now, the United States' ability to retaliate against this is essentially zero.
It's completely legal to run open-source software in the United States.
And what you see as a result is OpenAI and Anthropic freaking out about this.
They're going to Congress right now and saying, look how dangerous our artificial intelligence is.
