I mean there's a world where you know, open USD might have a very little, you know, amount of um actual circulating supply, but might have hundreds of billions, trillions of dollars of daily flow because people are constantly minting and redeeming.
uh in and out of this, you know, the stablecoin on the back end.
Um and tether might only keep growing and as a result, people just need dollars in long tail countries, right?
So um I I think it really will depend on kind of the different uh pathways that we're talking about, different use cases.
I think broadly speaking though, you know, stable coins will coalesce, I think, again, around a few different you know kind of sectors and verticals.
I don't think you're gonna see a world with 30, 50 different stablecoins at all
have traction, you will probably end up seeing a handful that have you know potentially different use cases but grow you know very much together.
I think circle will still grow.
Um I don't think that this is the death knell for circle you know USTC at all.
Um I think there will there will just be different kind of you know markets and and use cases.
I think also it's very difficult to bootstrap a new stablecoin.
We've learned this time and time again that you can't just put money and names behind it.
You really need deep integration and trust around
I think there's a few different ones.
I mean and and they're so different and diverse and we're we're really trying to work on on strategizing and sequencing how we wanna think about each one of these.
Um I think the most obvious one that we have today on Plasma One is settlement.
So
when we go and settle with Visa on the stablecoin leg, um how that's done, which stable coin we want to use, having as much interoperability as possible.
Um when it comes from user deposits, it's a bit different.
So, you know, USDT, USD C might have uh more of a network effect because they're already kind of in broad circulation and it will take time and and I think a lot of trust for people to be interested in having uh open US D or other stable coins kind of as their as their main collateral.
