But um yeah, it was quick.

I feel like I'd be sat down and getting the fan on me.

Again, learnt lessons from Germany, bring a fan.

and then barely kind of even started to try and cool down and then I'd be getting called back up again to to get ready to go out.

But um

It's part of it, we obviously we're all in those same conditions, so you just gotta deal with what y can do on the day, but it was quick and I think

probably as the week goes on and the people get bigger we maybe struggle a bit more with that pacing.

Um but it is what it is.

If that's that's the the size of the flights at Worlds, then that's what we've got to deal with.

And again, maybe adjusting um how I train, going into that, maybe r reducing time between sets, um trying to kind of train myself a bit more in that way.

But yeah, heatwise also I struggled a bit as well.

Um, just again not being able to cool down.

I think where it was so quick I wasn't able to to cool down for each attempt.

So um yeah, definitely felt rougher as it went on.

Um but is what it is, we're all in in those same conditions.

Yeah, numbers were up but not as high as we went into comp thinking from how prep went.

Um, Scott we think about two thirty, so I was only two and a half down, but um

again that two and a half might have been the world of difference if Carleen had had gotten um her second squat or sorry, the two two seven attempt in um

But yeah, uh two and a half isn't isn't the end of the world.
