Um going in, once we knew Amanda dropped out, it was a thing of
Um Carlina Squats was super strong.
That 240 she did in training was insane.
Um if she was in that form yesterday.
I didn't think that I would have enough of my deadlift to catch that.
Um, it was only gonna be if her squats weren't at that that I might have a chance with my deadlift.
So I wasn't trying to think about it too much.
Again, you've gotta get your benches in, get your deadlifts in.
Um, there's still work to do.
You can't get ahead of yourself, especially for me where
that all happened quite quickly from Miranda withdrawing to to be in that situation of maybe I could win this thing.
Um
I just kind of kept my head focused, focused then on bench, then on deadlift and getting the attempts that I could get.
Um, bench was also down for me, so I benched one twenty seven um in prep and was expecting to get that on the platform so
one twenty two second was tough.
Um I knew it was tough.
I knew that even a two and a half jump 'cause the pound was five five.
Um so one seventeen, one twenty two, one twenty seven.
With wh how one twenty two moved, as I came off I said to Will one twenty five, but in my head I was like, with how one twenty two felt
I wasn't sure and it got stuck and yeah, a few seconds I was like, it's not moving.
