I didn't know that I came out um when I came out for my th well, when I was queuing for my third, um

I saw Carlena missed, I saw my attempt got changed um to T seventy.

So with that I thought I was pulling for the win.

Um also world record, but pulling for the win was what I went out thinking.

Um so that's what I went out to do and again um I knew that I'd had it from how prep had gone with deads.

Um just had to kind of stay on form, stay on my quads, lock it out strong.

Um but I didn't know where placings were until really that attempt change for that last deadlift and I

I think it's not properly sunk in yet.

I think some less joy um

I enjoy competing, I enjoy training.

I'm in it for that process and enjoyment and

Um obviously previous worlds I've come second twice, I've come third, I've come fourth at my first worlds.

Um I've been happy going home each time from that.

I'm gonna be especially happy going home from this, but kind of life will go on as it has done previously, regardless of me being a world champion, but kind of

Um that is now mine that I will have forever and be able to share with my family forever and um that can't be taken away from me, that achievement, but it's

It's not over.

Um, again I lift for myself, I lift to get stronger for myself, to see my numbers go up because that is the sign of my hard work.

Um, whatever that achieves is an added benefit to that, but my life

won't change, I will train the same.
