Like this is just that, you know, I was getting a kick from it.

So I did my studies at École Polytechnique.

This is like very funny.

It's also a military school, like engineering, military.

This is where like four physicists, Poincaré, for example, like was.

So, you know, pretty big physics names like that Nobel Prizes go there pretty often.

Yeah.

And then I actually did research there as well.

And then I worked at the Institute of Complex Systems of Paris, where we're kind of trying to figure out how we get to global phenomena from very local, small interactions between things.

And then how did you go there to founding Pathway?

So you see, when you have a system like the one that's growing and changing, right, you kind of need to have a notion of time.

If things are to evolve and emerge, they kind of need time.

If you look at, well, IT systems in general, then intelligence and kind of AI right now, especially, they're kind of deprived of the notion of time.

And this bugged us.

So it's not just me, you know, I mean, I was fortunate enough to, over the years, you know, to meet wonderful people like our CSO, Adrian Kosowski, you know, the guy had a PhD at 20, right?

It's like quantum physicist, mathematician, and the theoretical computer scientists, you know, top level scientists.

The guy is just crazy.

Jan, who we know was at Google Brain.

And then all of a sudden, all those guys are kind of jumping off the cliff, dropping 10 years to do this thing with me.

That's awesome.
